Q: How often do you ship your orders?
A: I am only one person juggling a range of jobs, so I aim to ship twice per month but sometimes I only have availability to do one run per month. So do not expect next day delivery on any of my orders.
All orders will be shipped by the end of the month the order was placed.
Q: Why is international shipping so expensive?
A: All international orders are shipped with a tracking nr, and my ceramics are packaged safely so that they will survive an international journey. This means larger boxes which makes the shipping more expensive.
